Dozens of North Korean soldiers briefly crossed the heavily fortified border with the South on Tuesday and retreated after warning shots were fired, Seoul's military said, adding landmine explosions had injured Pyongyang's troops in the area. It is the second such incident involving North Korean troops in two weeks, with Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff saying they believed the Tuesday crossing -- like a previous one on June 9 -- was accidental.   Dozens of North Korean troops crossed the Military Demarcation Line today...   Sealdah-bound Kanchenjunga Express crashed. Two rooms of the Beeline Kanchenjunga Express were hit by a freight train. The two rear compartments of the train were derailed. This accident near Rangapani station Two rooms are twisted.  Nine people, including three Railway employees, have died and about 50 others injured after an express train collided with a goods train in Darjeeling district of West Bengal this morning. Kanchanjunga Express was travelling from Agartala in Tripura to Sealdah in Kolkata when a goods train hit it from behind near Rangapani station, close to New Jalpaiguri.   Three coaches of Kanchanjunga Express were derailed in the crash. One factor which limited casualties is the fact that the rear part of Kanchanjunga Express comprised of the parcel coach and the guard's coach and the passenger compartments further ahead suffered less impact.  Railway Board chairperson Jaya Verma Sinha told the media that the accident took place around 9 am. Yesterday About 40 Indian workers killed in Kuwait building fire.   At least 41 people, including 40 Indians, were killed on Wednesday after a fire broke out in a building housing construction workers in the city of Mangaf in southern Kuwait  Most of the deceased were in the 20-50 age group  Kuwait’s health ministry said altogether 43 people were hospitalized and more than 30 of them are Indians.
